The variety of cake recipes indicates that no one must be bored cooking or consuming cakes. You can have fruit cake, sponge cake or butter cake and much more - and all are especially nice treats.

There are so plenty of cake recipes that most consumers are hard place to come up with a favourite. Other cake recipes have stood the test of time in their pure form. The sponge cake recipe has not changed considerably down the ages, even though there is one sponge cake recipe with butter and one with no butter. One particular popular factor with all cake recipes is that the sugar and butter must be beaten together till light. That is, except for sponge cake recipes that need the cook to beat the egg whites initially.
